Candy Canes and Adhesive

Hi Stampers!

I wanted to share one last item I made for a coworker who is brand spankin’ new to Stampin’ Up! and stamping.

Sorry for the glare but it didn’t matter how I photographed the acetate box, it was reflecting in every photo.

My friend joined me for the Santa/Elf class I held at my school.  Oh she had such fun! She is jumping in with both feet.  She signed up for Paper Pumpkin right off.  (Which she should be getting any day now.). One question she asked me was “Where do you get these?”  As she was holding up a snail adhesive.  I said well me of course.

I knew darn well I must have had one around some place. I went searching threw my stamp supplies.  (Someday I will have a dedicated crafting area again.). I found. A snail still in the package and a refill as well.

I packaged it in one of our acetate boxes.  I made a couple little boxes to hold the snail and a couple candy canes.  It also has a little red paper filler from the local dollar store.  The refill didn’t fit in the box so I just gave that to her separately.

I think I may do something like this for my daughter’s birthday and use some new Designer Series Paper from the upcoming new catalog.  If you don’t have a demonstrator and would like to have one, feel free to email me at stampinstace@gmail.com and I will get one mailed out to you.

Until next time,

Happy Stampin’

Stace
