My Son's 3D Animation Practicum

My son who went away to CDIA at Boston University finished his practicum with the "team" he was paired up with. Their client was the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence and this is the video they made and I believe it will be used as the opening video when Atask has conferences etc. Now he just needs a job to pay for his education. Leave a post if anyone needs something animated :)

Is It A Guy Thing?

My son just finished taking his shower. Why do boys/men do this? They get undressed right next to the hamper but cant put the dirty clothes in it! What is up with that. And you are looking at most of my bathroom in this photo! My bathroom is only 7'x10' before the shower, toilet, sink & closet were put in there. I mean you have to leave to change your mind for heaven's sake.

Memorial Weekend

On Memorial weekend my daughter & I went to go visit Grammie. While they worked in the garden I practiced using my camera some more. Here are photos of flowers and birds at my moms house. On the photos of the flowers I was trying to keep the flowers in focus while blurring the background. I managed to do it that time but I am not sure if I could do it again. I am hoping to get to practice more this summer. Flowers are great because for the most part they stand still-unless there is a strong breeze.

Twilight RAK

Here is the cutest traveling rak I have ever received! If you are a Twilight fan you will definitely think this is the cutest. Shari Dudek made the card and it has been to Micigan, Florida twice, and South Dekota, and I am sending it off. Of course in one of those moments do you think I can remember what state I am sending it too on Tuesday????

Of course this card says Team Edward-which I just knew Bella and Edward would have to be together because they were soul mates; but at times my heart just ached for Jacob. Glad in the end he found someone too and he and Bella did end up family.

I made some more projects including the cutest little scrapbook page that I think will be just darling for a baby or a little girl. It is going to take me a little while to get some photos done. I need to clean up first. (it is always such fun having a preschooler help you when you want to craft!) And in the mean time maybe I can refresh my memory on how to "straighten" a photograph once it is cropped. I took an online course thru adult ed last year. Now to find that notebook!
