June Birthdays

There are lots of June birthdays so here are the cards I made. I think I like the orange background better...

Here is a quick card I made for Mother's Day for my DH's grandmother. The designer paper was from Target. I always have such a hard time matching patterned paper. I used the small oval punch to make the flower.

Crazy Cat

Here is our foolish kitten that was just a little tiny baby last time I showed a picture of her. She is now 10 months old. Here she is laying across the rungs of the bar stool-front legs over one side, hind legs hanging over the other side & her big belly hanging down in the middle....

More Updating

Ok once upon a time I had it so my name was at the end of every post. Do you think that I can get the stupid HTML to work? Not on your life. A simple cut & paste process has taken me all night. My hand has gone numb from being on the computer so long!

More Weight Gone!

I finally started loosing again-I had a stall out for awhile. But I lost a total of 50lbs since I joined Curves 3 years ago. 28 of that has been since I joined Weight Watchers last October. I think I have another 10-15 lbs to go. I'm not really sure what I want my weight to be. I want to be a certain size. And the rate I have been going lately my goals are very small at a time. This weeks goals are two more pounds.

Candy Wrappers

Here are candy bar wrappers for the small snack size candy bars that come 8 to a package. (Mine came from the dollar store) The first photo is from just before Christmas. I made these for my daughters class (note to self- dont make 20 items that need 6 punches each just for the beard) They were inspired/CASED from Dawn she has a great video and everything.

The second photo is for a swap I may end up participating in and I immediately thought of those great candy bar wrappers. But I thought I dont want to do Santa in May plus everyone has already seen/made some of Dawns great Santa wrappers. So I started to think other holidays and then tried to think of what is coming up next and I thought of 4th of July. I dont own any SU 4th of July stamps, then I remembered I had these wonderful star punches...a little glitter for bling and there you have it.
