We at Broke Stampers Unite are challenging ourselves with a Choose 3 challenge.  Choose three different types of items to make a card.

I am using an embossing folder, ribbon, and framelits.

Card Stock: Lemon Lime Twist, Pineapple Punch

Ink: Memento Black, Pineapple Punch

Stamp Sets: Dragonfly Dreams, Part of My Story

Accessories: Hexagon Embossing Folder, Stitched Framelits, Layered Framelits, Lemon Lime Ribbon (Sale-a-bration)

Spotlighting Technique BSU011619

Hi Stampers!

Can you believe January is almost over? I can’t. The good news is I am getting caught up with my Broke Stampers Unite challenges.  This one is a Spotlight Technique.  I accomplished this by using circle punches to Spotlight the flowers.

Card Stock: Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, Whisper White 

Ink: Bermuda Bay, Stazon-On Jet Black

Accessories: 1” Circle Punch,  3/4” Circle Punch

For this color challenge for Broke Stampers Unite we had to use Lovely Lipstick, Flirty Flamingo, and Crumb Cake.  I added Very Vanilla.

Welcome back to a Broke Stampers Unite challenge. This challenge is Simple Stamping which allows stamps, ink and paper.

I do like Siimple Stamping challenges.  It reminds me that we don’t always need all the bells and whistles.  It reminds me off a time when I thought “Stamps are pretty but what do I do with them?”  Do you remember those days, just learning to stamp?

Multiple BSU Challenges For December

Hi Stampers,

I am very behind on blogging.  My old laptop has finally died.  I’m now trying to blog on my iPad. We’ll see how that goes.  A new laptop during the holidays isn’t something I wanted to invest in.  I’m no sure if and when I’ll replace it.

Broke Stampers Unite challenges took place in December. Here are all the cards I created. I know December has come and gone. Some of these sets are retired now.  You can save the ideas for next year or use the layout for inspiration.
