More Single Stamps

The other day I shared that Stampin Up is selling  single stamps for a limited time- January 2, 2013 to be exact.  Well, Stmpin Up has added more single stamps to this collection.  Check them out!  Some are stamps that haven't been released yet!! 

Did you see the snowflake that goes with the blossom punch??  That is defiantly going on my on my NEED list, along with the heart and the New Year's stamp....

Now don't forget these are unmounted stamps so you need to get the clear blocks if you don't already own some.  Also, they won't come in the hard DVD style cases.

New Stampin' Trimmer Is Here!

How little does my new UPS know I stalk the Men in Brown!  He will learn!   

Anyhow, he delivered my BRAND SPANKIN NEW STAMPIN TRIMMER!  Sorry for shouting but I am excited.  More excited than I thought I would be.  This is so nice!  It is a little larger than the old trimmer but it so much sturdier!  The folding arm locks.  Which may not sound like a big deal but it really is.  Especially if you cut your paper in your lap like I do sometimes. (I'm not the only one who does that, am I???)

Doesn't it look awesome.  I am so excited to actually cut 12x12 paper without any problems. I'm off to cut some projects.

Brrr Baby It's Cold Outside!

Unfortunately I haven't had much time for stamping.  We are trying to winterize our new home.  It has been cold in the mountains of Maine since the end of September.  Not that we are that far into October.  There has been a weather warning for this weekend for ALL of Maine and New Hampshire.  It is supposed to be down to or below freezing!  Holy Smokes Batman! 

Already I have put plastic on the smaller windows by myself, and it will mean help from my dear husband to put plastic on the larger windows.  I actually have to go back to the store for some more plastic (which I knew I would).   And it has been cold enough to turn the heat on for a few minutes in the morning.  I really hope this isn't a sign of how the winter is going to be.

Ya know my favorite Aunt has come to visit us from Florida.  Couldn't she have brought some warmth and sunshine?  Well come to think of it--it has stopped raining after a week.
