VC Rocks Blog Hop with Chocolate

What can be better than a great blog hop plus chocolate?  Not much if you ask me.  This is my first time participating in a blog hop so I am very excited. VC Rocks is the best Yahoo group ever because everyone is so friendly and a little crazy too.  It is like a big pajama party all summer long!

My project features one of my favorite colors that Stampin Up! is retiring--Pink Passion.  I just love pink.  So here is the final project.

The first two  item needed is a bag of Hershey's Nuggets chocolates and address labels measuring 1"x2 5/8"which were purchased at my local dollar store.

The supplies from Stamping Up are : a Big Shot,  Matchbox XL die cut, Matchbox Messages and Great Friends stamp sets, clear window sheets, Pink Passion card stock, Pink Passion  and black Stazon inks, and red sticky tape.

Stamp four address labels with flower from Great Friend using Pink Passion ink.  Then stamp the verse onto the labels as well using black Stazon ink.

With the Big Shot and the Matchbox die, but the bottom of the box out of Pink Passion card stock and the cover out of a clear window sheet.  Assemble the bottom of the box according to the directions.

While the cover is still flat, stamp it using the flower frame from the Matchbox Messages stamp set using black Stazon ink. Let the ink dry completely before assembling the top according to directions and using the red sticky tape.

Fill your box with the four chocolates, slide the cover onto the box and you a have a quick and cute gift for a special friend in your life.

Stace, these are too cute, and I have never made any of them. I really need to, they would make great gifts for Teacher Appreciation week.

Very cute! That die has been on my list for a while now. I think I'm going to have break down and buy it! This would be a great wedding favor!
